Endless Summer - Create your own program based on Google Summer of Code

Over the past four years, Google Summer of Code has produced over 6 million lines of Open Source code and paired nearly 2500 students with over 3000 mentors in 98 countries. The program is now in its fifth year, and we've taken on an additional 1000 student participants. This talk will explain how to create your own program based on this groundbreaking model, with special considerations towards logistics, publicizing, internationalization, and effectively motivating a developer community.
