John Pugh, Canonical

John is currently a Software Partner Manager at Canonical, Ltd where he oversees the ISV program for Ubuntu Server Edition. A biologist by education, John spent his initial post college years caring for animals as a zookeeper in a number of zoos across the US, including the Denver Zoo.

John has over 20 years experience in the networking industry and has held positions as a System Administrator, Network Consultant, and Sales Engineer. Prior to joining Canonical, John spent 11 years in various sales and management positions at Novell, Inc.
In addition to overseeing the ISV partner programs at Canonical, John spends his spare time fishing the waters off the coast of Florida.
