James is an IT Specialist working at IBM for the past five years, specializing in deploying Open Source solutions to customers in all fields. He has created solutions for retail, pharmaceutical, entertainment and education. Prior to joining IBM, James spent eight years at Bank of America, involved with their initial deployments of Open Source software.
